Stella's Grow Juice

Is your grow juice chart for ebb and flow systems, as well as the bubbler system. I think the GH chart has different amounts, depending on what system your using to grow in.

Hi Phil,
If you check the label on a flora series nutrient bottle, you will find that they recommend different mixing ratios depending only on stage of plant growth, not type of system. As well, the label uses tsp. per gallon. We made up this chart so you could use cups of the solution for large amounts, rather than all those little bitty teaspoons. It is very close to the chart, just rounded of a little bit.

We have used this chart in ALL of our systems, top feed, ebb & flow, lettuce raft, etc. with no problem.

The chart was to help KISS (keep it simple), and you should have no problems mixing up your grow juice with it.

I agree... We have used GH in Drip, NFT and Hybrid NFT systems all with great results following the GH Expert Schedule. Just watch your PH and EC and you should have great success just as we do.

Looking at the foldout chart I got from the hydro store, it has ?Drain to waste expert program? and ?Recirculating Expert Program?. I am using the Drain to waste program, which use?s less amounts then the other program, if you compare the growing stages. The amounts in Stella?s program come closer to the amounts in the Recirculating program. This is why I asked the question.

Phil, just use the basic recirc program if you are using a recirc system. Use a drain to waste if you are using a drain to waste system (hence the names of the programs). The basic program works awesome and you should have great success. Also, the difference between the two shouldn't be too much as far as levels go on nutes as you are investing $ anyway, you might as well stick to what GH (and my wife and I) have already had years of success with.

Just keep an eye on that EC and PH! :)
