Need advise where to start from

Hi dear Friends ,

I am chef by profession, and i have a huge respect for farmers and farming. i would like to start my own Hydroponic farm in India.

I would respect any help on what crops would be more adequate as a business and how to and where to start the process from.

Well, putting this one up to the forums, as we don't have any commercial or farming experience. All of our hydroponic gardens have been small hobby units.

Anyone out there have any advice for Mayur?
