(ca)

Hi i have a 3by3by6 grow tent with a 400 w mh hortoluv bulb proper air flow with a aeroponics media. everything is growing well but i noticed today brown edges on my leaves what are some causes. plants are clones that have been in for a week so far.

Answer from Stella/Simon:

Hi cdeen,

In our experience, brown leaf edges usually indicate too strong of a nutrient solution. This "burns" the plants. Try adding plain water to the nutrient vat and then ph balance it. If you have a truncheon/EC meter, try to keep it below 1,000 ppm during the vegetative stage, below 1500 during the flowering stage.

Anybody else have any ideas?

Hope this helps!
